This app uses a bicycle factory as an example to track raw materials' inventory. It can be used by any manufacturing facilities. In this example, the factory produces one type of bicycle, which has four main parts groups -- Frame, Saddle Area, Front Set and Wheel. Each parts group has an initial stock and a lowest inventory level. Each day's Initial Stock is equal to the previous day's Daily Inventory. Daily Inventory= Initial Stock + Daily Production - Daily Sales. Users can update sales data on the Sales View and production data on the Inventory View.

Although the data is all about a retail store, this app can be used by all types of businesses and organizations that have inventory. The expected benefit of this app is accurate and smooth inventory counting and record, and frictionless communication between inventory and sales teams, and inventory and purchasing teams. Inventory managers go to Add Stock view to add items. Sales team or cashiers go to Sell view to record sold items. Restock Needed view shows all products that have low inventory levels and need to be purchased. Everyday at 7pm this app will send an email to the purchasing team and ask them to purchase products whose inventory levels are running low. You can set up data/view security filters so that only inventory team can enter data on Add Stock view and sales team can update sales data on Sell view.

This app is a fantastic tool for a project/inventory manager to note where a building site is, and where the associated building material packages should be picked up from and dropped-off. This app is an upgrade version of the Work Orders app. This handy app helps manufacturing employees request work orders for parts that need repair or replacement. The employee can enter their information, name of the part, details and priority of the issue. The repairman can then update status (Submitted, Assigned, In Progress, and Resolve) and sign once the repair or replacement has been made. The app user can: - Submit a request with details of an issue--location, images, description of the issue etc; - Assign the request to a technician; - Mark priority of the issue as Low, Medium, or High; - Update and monitor status of the issue; - View progress on a calendar. Different colors on the calendar mean different locations. The app has the dependent dropdown feature, which allows you to limit the values displayed in one dropdown based on the value you selected in another field. For example, if you choose Marylee Milot in the Requested By field, the Role field will be automatically set to Foreman. If you choose Gertrude Falkowski, the Role field will be Operator. Workflow emails are sent automatically upon each change in status. When an order is submitted the manager is notified. The manager may then assign the job and email the worker. The Manager will receive an email when the work is in progress and again when completed.

The Project Management app is designed for teams to keep track of all projects in one place. With the app, users can assign tasks, track progress, view tasks by custom groupings (by status or by owner) and add updates. The app has two calendar views. The Anticipated Timeline view shows projects by week. Colors are project status indicators.The Actual Timeline view displays projects by month. The app also has dashboard views. The All view shows Anticipated Timeline calendar, projects by owner, projects by status, and project details. This dashboard is on interactive mode, meaning once you click on a project on the calendar, a project will be highlighted on the By Status view, the By Owner view, and the Details view. Check out the Dashboard view and the Timeline Dash view for other view combinations. The app's workflow notifies project managers on project status updates. Its action feature allows users to update status to Complete by clicking on a button.

The Lead Tracking app lets members of a team enter and track different leads for their business. With the app, you can add a new lead by adding new information in the Leads tab. You can add contact information and lead value information. This is very useful to keep quick tabs on what opportunities are available for a team and the likelihood of closing those opportunities. The app also includes two charts that show leads by region and by month. These charts are useful to team managers to see how their region is performing and to sellers to see the value of opportunities in the upcoming months. The Leads view lists the opportunities by organization, with one opportunity per organization. With a few tweaks to the app, you can build a lead tracker that can add multiple opportunities to the same organization.

The Leads by Priority view lists the opportunities by company, ranked by High Priority Lead in dollar value. Multiple followups may be added to each lead.
